Translation

1. To the chief Musician, A Psalm for the sons of Korah.
2. O clap your hands, all you peoples; shout to God with the voice of triumph.
3. For the Lord most high is awesome; he is a great King over all the earth.
4. He subdues peoples under us, and nations under our feet.
5. He chooses our inheritance for us, the pride of Jacob whom he loves. Selah.
6. God has gone up with a shout, the Lord with the sound of a shofar.
7. Sing praises to God, sing praises; sing praises to our King, sing praises.
8. For God is the King of all the earth; sing a Maskil psalm.
9. God reigns over the nations; God sits on the throne of his holiness.
10. The nobles of the peoples are gathered together, the people of the God of Abraham; for the shields of the earth belong to God; he is greatly exalted.
